Paid without a confirmed domain
Track the order in your account. Funds may await collection confirmation or registration may be in progress. Do not make a second payment for the same order because a screen is slow.
Registration failure
We verify that registration did not complete before refunding. An uncertain outcome stays under review so that a successful registration is not refunded or repeated by mistake.
Refund handling
When a refund is due, the finance team handles it through the available payment method and records its evidence in the order. Receipt is not promised to be immediate and also depends on the provider. Include your displayed order reference when contacting support.
