How do I change nameservers?
Enter 2 to 5 distinct nameservers and confirm the change. Nameservers select the DNS provider responsible for the domain. Edit A, MX or TXT records in that provider’s control panel. Cached values can remain visible after the registry accepts a change.
How do I update domain contacts?
Save contacts in the contact book, then assign the administrative, technical or billing contact. These assignments do not change the legal registrant. Use recipient-approved ownership transfer to change the owner.
How do WHOIS privacy and replies work?
Manage privacy and reply mode in the domain settings. Privacy does not remove the requirement to provide accurate owner details to the registry and operator. Direct replies may reveal your email and signature. Private replies can still contain identifying information in their text or attachments.
When should I use the transfer lock or authorization code?
A transfer lock helps prevent transfers between registrars. The authorization code is sensitive, appears on a private page and is not stored in request history. Share it only with the intended registrar. Approval or rejection of an external transfer is checked against the current registry request.
What are child nameservers?
Register or update glue IP addresses for a nameserver such as ns1.example.ps under your domain. A host that remains linked to domains cannot be deleted. This does not create website or mail records at your DNS provider.
How do I request renewal, DNSSEC or deletion?
Submit the service request from the domain page with the term or DS records and appropriate instructions. Requirements and fees await review. Saving a request is not a completed renewal, deletion or payment. Track its official reference and cancel before processing if needed.
What should I do with an uncertain result?
Do not repeat an operation that may already have reached the registry. Keep the official request reference and contact support for verification. Conflicting changes remain blocked until the outcome is established.
