Information and purposes
We process your name, email, owner and address details, and order and invoice information to deliver, verify and protect the service. The profile form does not ask for your email password or card details.
Necessary sharing
Required information may be shared with the domain registry, payment processors and email services to carry out your request and meet applicable requirements. Public WHOIS privacy does not remove that processing.
Retention and protection
We protect account information and retain records needed for domain administration, audit and financial records. Forwarding processes messages for delivery and abuse checks; troubleshooting may require limited diagnostics. Public pages have no advertising trackers. Accounts use necessary session cookies.
Your requests
Use the contact page to request corrections or deletion where possible. Active domains and financial or regulatory obligations may require some records to be retained; we explain this when handling a request. Notice version: 2026-10-16.
