Operator and details
privacy.ps is a service from Atyaf. Account holders must be entitled to request the domain and provide accurate, current owner details. Email verification does not remove that responsibility.
Registration requests
Names are subject to registry policy and availability at execution. An availability result or payment is not a reservation or completed registration. Registration is confirmed after registry evidence.
Price and collection
The order shows its term, currency, amount and taxes before payment. Collected funds may need confirmation before registration starts. Renewal is a separate order; recurring charges require a dedicated flow and consent.
Uncompleted orders
If registration does not complete after collection, we first verify registry status, then handle any refund due through the payment method. Cancelling a local order does not reverse an already registered domain.
